Before ARC Rhyfall opens in December, we're celebrating with you at Rhyfall Village: a team workout in pairs, recovery with BLACKROLL, and then a Spanish-inspired brunch at VACA. All levels are welcome, and the whole family is invited.

Schedule
All athletes must be there at 08:30 for the briefing. With a brunch-only ticket, come any time, at 08:30 or just at 11:00 when brunch starts. From 09:00, four 30-minute heats of 6 athletes each get going. Until it's your turn, you can chill, cheer, have a coffee at VACA, test BLACKROLL's newest products, or chat with the cool people of ARC.

No. All levels are welcome and no prior experience is needed. Our coaches explain every movement in the warm-up and adapt the workout to you.
Yes. Come at 08:30 to cheer on the workout, or at 11:00 just for brunch. The brunch-only ticket is CHF 35 and includes a starter, a main, coffee or tea, fresh orange juice, bread, pastries and jam.
Yes, vegan options are available. Please let us know when you book and notify us in advance about any food allergies, so everything is ready at brunch.
Of course, families and kids are very welcome! Please keep an eye on them so the workout area stays safe for everyone.

Ablauf
Alle Athlet*innen müssen um 08:30 zum Briefing da sein. Mit Brunch-Ticket kommst du, wann du willst: um 08:30 oder erst um 11:00, wenn der Brunch startet. Ab 09:00 starten vier Heats à 30 Minuten mit je 6 Athlet*innen. Bis du dran bist, kannst du chillen, anfeuern, bei VACA einen Kaffee trinken, die neusten Produkte von BLACKROLL testen oder mit den coolen Leuten von ARC plaudern.
