In her early twenties she travelled to India to complete her yoga teacher training and to immerse herself in meditation and free dance.<\/p><p>She has taught ever since, returning again and again to ashrams for longer stays to deepen the practice. In 2021 Capoeira Angola \u2014 often called the yoga of Bahia \u2014 came into her life, and it has been a large part of her movement practice since.<\/p><p>Lena has a gift for making the complex accessible: she meets her students exactly where they are.You may already have practised with her at sunrise on the Rhine \u2014 Lena teaches the morning classes at the Rhybadi in Schaffhausen.
